Eclair

We recently went to the Boardwalk for an outing and after going into the Bakery for the 2nd time my friend bought carrot cake which got very good ratings, on the other hand I went back in and gave into my urges and got 1 very large Eclair with Bavarian Creme. I didnt decide to eat it till the next morning and It was out of this world, mostly because of the Creme. 5 of us tried it and we all enjoyed the creme the most. The Eclair definitely could of used more chocolate topping ( but thats my complaint on all eclairs). And eating the pastry the next morning, it tended to be slightly stale. But as for the filling, Id love to get my hands on that recipe.Read reviews by this author
