Just got a dall from our house sitter.  Fay came to visit and stayed for 48 solid hours  I guess you can call Horsie Heaven a water park right now

That is a lot of rain!  Hope the horses are keeping their feet dry.... and thank goodness you have such a good house sitter!

I saw this on the news in other cities. Didn't realize Horsie Heaven got it too! Did your home stay dry? Do the horsies have rain boots? I hope no alligators have moved into your pool!

And, yeah, we could use a bucket of water too. It's looking pretty lifeless outside here! The grass is brown and our stream is dry. Even the pond is low this summer, the boats get stuck on fallen trees.

Let me know if you need me to send extra towels and squeeqees! I can send the shop vac too!

I was wondering if all those people who spent all that money were having to run around in the boats instead of the monorail.
Only positive thing would be small crowds.
Tammy, since there is so much water down there it might be better to visit a few days, say 30, and give our assistance. We also have a shop vac so we could hop on our golf carts and head south.

Our home is high, and the barn is high...  the rest of our land is a lake right now

Wellllllll.....it's a good thing for the Boos that they remained high and dry....too sad for me and mickeefan, he had such a good idea about offering our recovery assistance...maybe the neighbors need our help Ahnalira?

That sure is a LOT of rain.  It looks like we'll be getting the tail end of Fay this coming weekend.  I sure hope it is dry on Sunday as I'll be having a yard full of people of a picnic.
