My new workout plan has me SORE ... but I guess that's a good thing The trainer I am working with says that the musculature in my legs and hips has lost it's flexibility from the nerve spasms and needs to be 'softened' before I' can 'strengthen' the areas. So she is using a tool to go deep into the muscle and break up the fascia that holds it rigid. Does it sound like it is painful? It is Afterwards, the muscles are sore like I've just done a strenous workout It's ok with me, though... I am eager to reclaim mobility, flexibilty, and increase my physical vitality Otherwise, life just keeps flowing through me, and I am eating and drinking and thinking all towards the intention of Fit and Flexible and Firm   Anyone want to check in with me?
