Jim, If I remember correctly they usually don't put up any decorations up until after Thanksgiving. In fact, the morning after Thanksgiving everything sould be decorated. The magic of Disney really is amazing.

A few yrs ago we arrived the saturday before thanksgiving and the parks were all decorated for christmas. Not sure about the resorts as we stayed in our motor home in the campground. but i believe they had trees up also. we did go to the grand floridian and the tree and the gingerbread house were all set up then.
