We spent the weekend at our DD and SIL's cabin helping them pull in the docks and Rudy and Bruce did some wiring and plumbing stuff.

Saturday was warm and sunny (thank goodness) but today we woke to cold blustry winds and a couple inches of wet snow.

Yikes!!!

The lake was cold and grey-Mary, Bethany and I baked cookies and watched movies as the guys worked.

No internet..so I sorted cruise pictures and dreammed of that lovely day on Castaway Cay..wishing my feet were still buried in the soft white sand..sigh...

I guess winter has officially arrived in the tundra...

It happens every year..

Wow, Beth... already?!

As I was walking out to feed the horses this morning, I luxuriated in the warm sun and cool breeze (mid 60's) and thought this is my favorite time of year

I think you need to come back to Florida soon

SNOW! It can't snow yet. Here in New England we probably won't see any snow until after Thanksgiving although they are saying we may have a snow shower tomorrow. But that won't acculate so it doesn't count.

No snow here yet, was up to 65 degrees yesterday though..... crazy weather here.
