Mayzie Gracie LOVES play time... She always pops her head out of her stall, ears perked, eager for the carrot she knows will come inevitably

Today, we're taking both Mayzie Gracie and Ser Manna to romp and frolic in the arena. Manna looks ready, and Alan looks just like a horse whisperer, doesn't he?

Mayzie is pretty sure she'd rather just be petted...

but we know she'll have fun once we get her going... watching her trot reminds me SO much of Dancer

Can you see the baby in there yet? That's "Baby Dancer"

Once we get them 'tracking' together around the arena...

It's only a matter of time until they pick up the speed. You can really see the baby when Mayzie Gracie stretches to canter!

Ser Manna LOVES to frolic! This is his "I AM HAPPY!" trot

Here's Mayzie Gracie and I have a chat about how being a Mama is..

"Alright," she says, "I trust you."

But can we have our carrots now?

Four and a half months to go... Is everyone ready for lots of Baby Dancer pictures?

We are taking bets now.. Genetics say this baby HAS to be a Tobiano (spots all over), but genetics said that about Mayzie Gracie, too, and she turned out looking a whole lot like Dancer. Who thinks this baby will look just like Dancer and who thinks this baby will look just like Mayzie Gracie? Anyone voting on genetics?

What fun pictures! Mayzie Gracie has such an expressive face, and Manna's whole body is expressive in his "happy trot"!

Let's see.... I am going to vote for genetics for the baby, mostly cause I think the Tobianos are such spectacular looking horses! (Oh sorry Mayzie Gracie, OF COURSE you are also a spectacular looking horse!!!)

Well I have no idea what to choose...but I do love the pictures. I really love the old pictures too. They are so beautiful.

I guess I am leaning toward Dancer because of her loving energy and legacy.

I'm clueless on all of that horse genes, but can't go wrong... what a beautiful furbaby you have!
