Yep, the house sits at the top of knoll and slopes down to a flat area where the barn, arena and round pen go. We figure the horses will develop their muscles cavorting up and down the hillside It was designed by architect, Ken Ronchetti. I googled him and apparently he is well known in the San Diego area for his "forward looking" designs. This house was designed in 1984 and definitely foretold the high ceilings of this century's trend. I love the giant oaks on the land, and there is actually a running stream (unusual for So Cal in August ). I love that, too
